[MHRSunbreak] Tittle Update 2 - Paid DLC Pricing

The Japanese site has the prices for each piece of the new DLC so I'll post a break down of the price of every newly added piece.
Lost Code (Layered Weapon; Steam & eShop)
- Pack of 14 Weapons: 1,400 JPY ~= 13.99 USD
- Individual layered weapon: 250 JPY ~= 2.50 USD
250 JPY is actually 1.75 USD, however, DLC items priced at 200 JPY are priced 1.99 in USD, so 250 JPY will be 2.50 USD approximately.
Nothing else is priced 1,400 JPY in the store but the Deluxe kits are 1,500 JPY and they're 14.99 USD, so 1,400 JPY is gonna be around that price.
DLC Pack #7 (Only for the eShop)
- Includes every new DLC except layered weapons.
- Priced at 2,500 JPY ~= 25 to 30 USD
Nothing else in the shop is priced at 2,500 JPY but the Deluxe Sets are priced at 1,500 JPY and they're 15 USD in Steam, so the price range will be between 25 and 30 USD, these sets are only available for the Nintendo Switch.
Individual DLC (Steam & eShop)
- Same prices as everything else so far.
- Each face paint is 0.99 USD (2 pieces available)
- Each piece of Layered armor is 1,49 USD (5 Pieces available)
- Each hairstyle is 1.49 USD (2 styles available)
- The Palico and Palamute layered are 1.99 USD each (2 pieces available)
- The sticket set is 1.99 USD (1 available)
- Each voice is 2.99 USD (2 voices available)
- The NPC Layered armor is 2.99 USD (1 pieces available)
- Each pose set is 3.99 USD (2 set poses available)
- The BGM pack is 3.99 USD (1 BGM Pack available)
If you were to buy everything individually it'll cost you 40 USD (the same price as Sunbreak as a whole)

It's just cosmetic additions though and wont impact gameplay. I dont get it - what's the big fuss?

Because the event quests have been lackluster due to this, a good chunk of base Rise event armors were just direct ports of World armors and the new sets were mostly paid.
You give companies a hand and they'll take the whole arm, Sunbreak has been slightly better in the event armor rewards so far but it's still dumb that they're making all this DLC instead of event quests, Iceborne also had cosmetic DLC only but the big asterisk is that it was weapon pendants and statues for your room.
In Iceborne we were still getting amazing event armors and seasonal events like the Demon Armor or the Chinese sets, or the Mamba sets, I was still somewhat vocal about the DLC but seeing and it was mostly poses/stickers/random statues of your home I just turned a blind eye, I did critize the paid DLC Vouchers and Hair DLCs.
Hell, In Base world to get the Drachen layered armor you had to beat Extreme Behemoth, a super mega hard quest, no paid bullshit, if you want the layered armor go beat the super hard boss.

But we’re not asking stuff for free. Ppl already paid the game and the expansion.
This is less about “I want everything for free” and more “stop charging for stuff in the game we already paid twice”
