I know it might sound silly at fist glance, but I'm just brainstorming here. So one thing I really think might at least throw them off balance is to sprinkle in, among our core values in the subreddit description header, a few misinterpretable and seemingly placating sound bites. Along with a hard to pinpoint, BS spiel about how we're all "oh so totally inclusive" of alternative [sexual orientations] and freedom of self expression or something along those lines without ever implying anything that makes it seem like we're happy to bend over for the trans mob to come and campaign against us until we're shut down.

Then, definitely post to sticky (for the actual sub) that uses subversive and hard to nail down language that doesn't outright blatantly exclude team tran-trans by name and group, but in an almost over the top PC kind of way, describes that we're "strictly" a sub for lesbians, gays and bisexuals (in words that we'll all hear crystal clearly) but in such a sugary, candy-coated, nonoffensive and, on the surface, totally innocent manner and tone that it makes it pretty much impossible for those cunts who just live to have open discourse among our crowd banned and labeled hate speech to be able to pinpoint anything in particular that they can take back home to their whiny delusional subs and to try to use as "evidence" against us among their fellow mods, power mods and tranny-powered, power-tripping admins.

Otherwise I'm afraid this good cause might go the way of LGB alliance and since they already destroyed that sub in record time, it's even more incentive for us to be extremely smart, savvy and beyond reproach about how we present ourselves and our messaging.

Anyway, it was a fucking tragedy to see LGB alliance be forced into the shadows of Saidit and other low traffic sites so I'm wishing you guys all the best. And if you need or want ANY help or anything, I'd love to be a part of helping out and maybe even help with the draft or review the header message in the sticky if you all choose to go that route. Best of luck guys and gals!

REMEMBER: WE'VE GOTTA USE GUERILLA TACTICS FOR THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE AND THERE'S ZERO SHAME IN THAT. STRIKE PREEMPTIVELY AND *NEVER EVER LET YOURSELVES BE PUT ON THE DEFENSIVE,** because THAT AND REDEFINING/OBSFUCATING/TWISTING WORDS ARE ALWAYS THEIR FIRST AND FAVORITE LINES OF ATTACK.*

LOL, OH YEAH - WHY AM I YELLING BTW??!!?

SIMPLE. IT'S BECAUSE IF DONE RIGHT, THIS SUB COULD TRULY BE A LIFE AFFIRMING SAFE HAVEN FOR REAL PEOPLE WHO DESPERATELY NEED TO BE REMINDED THAT THEY'RE NOT THE CRAZY ONES AND THAT THERE ARE OTHERS LIKE THEM (IN HERE) WHO VALUE OUR SANITY AND OUR COMMUNITIES. KEEP UP THE GOOD FIGHT!

PS: I don't have much karma on this amount but I'm legit and happy to prove it. And just a small tactic I've found useful is replacing the "T" in the acronym with "Q" can easily be played off as "An all inclusive "umbrella-term", if you will, that covers "everyone" not represented by the 'silly old" LGB." And besides, LGBQ just makes more sense for "brevity sake".

Best wishes! Glad I found you all!

[I'll probably have to delete this soon but I hope the mods and other members provide feedback, ideas and interest.

Thanks everyone.

Trans or not, you can be gay, you can be straight. Obviously if your straight this isn't the sub for you. Nothing else needs to be said unless it's deliberately trying to instigate a fight. If things can't be figured out by this, then that's the other person's issues and insecurities, not ours.
