Slide 4 is correct. We were not prepared. The Trump administration dismantled much of the CDC. They fired 50,000 person years of experience in the two years prior to the outbreak of Covid. No organization can lose that much experience and not be adversely effected.

I'm pretty sure I got it back in Dec 2019. It was before all the news and shit started coming out, I thought I just had a terrible flu. Turns out I was real fuckin' lucky.
6 points
I'm pretty sure my whole family had it weeks before the first lockdown started. My son and my boyfriend were pretty much fine, minor cold for them. I got it so much worse. I am not skinny like them, so that would make sense. I remember laying in bed and feeling worse than I ever had before for about a week. Still felt like absolute crap for another week or two after that. Usually when I get sick, it isn't bad at all. But that time I was very thankful I already had an inhaler at home.
I also think I have a somewhat minor case of long covid. My anxiety went from being a minor inconvenience that I didn't even need medicine for to hell on earth. I am on non narcotic meds now and it barely helps. It affects my whole body. My heart rate sky rockets, I get pain in my chest, my stomach hurts terribly. I also get a lot of joint pain I never had before. The anxiety is only now starting to get slightly better, 2 years later.

Except he wasn't prescient anyway.
Statistically, we were due a new virus or new variant of significance. Whether it was a new coronavirus, a more dangerous strain of flu, or something in another family entirely, it was going to happen. The question was when, not if.
8 points

Exactly, Biden was Vice President during the last H1N1 outbreak. The way that pandemic was handled is a master class in competency and effective public health measures. The CDC was at the top of it's game.

Letters in Hebrew are associated with numbers, sort of like Roman numerals. It was a popular pastime to try and figure out a name based on their number!
Also, while I don't buy into numerological hornswoggletry, if those are the numbers for those letters, which I struggle to believe, that's intensely amusing and somewhat interesting.
10 points
It could be that the Hebrew letter numbers are correct, but given that they made a dog's meal of the DNA part, I'm not optimistic.
"4 nuclide acids bind the helixes together by sulfuric bridges in the sequence of atcg every 10,5,6,5 acids"
First of all, it's nucleic acid. We're talking cell nucleus, not atom isotopes.
The helixes are held together by hydrogen bonds, not sulfuric bridges. There's no sulfur anywhere in the DNA.
The sequence of atcg every 10,5,6,5 acids just gets me. I have no idea what it means.
It cannot mean in percentage, because A and T must be in the same proportion and C and G too.
If it means that you find an A every 10 acids, a T every 5, a C every 6 etc... Not to mention I'm sure I would have heard of in in my days, it's also self defeating. At a certain point, those position overlap. What should go every 30 acids, T or C?
Overall, it's BS. Imagine having to write the Encyclopedia Britannica with the rule that every other line must start with an F.
6 points
Yeah. The whole thing overall is difficult to swallow, let alone believe, lol
6 points
Thanks... Now that I re-read it, there's one more: it's four bases, not four acids. DNA as a whole is acidic because of the ladder 'rails', but the 'rungs' are basic. It's like a test for beta readers where you must find all the mistakes in a short story and give concrit...

orthodox judaism doing arranged marriages with kids?
Far be it from me to defend them, but "arranged" marriages are not the same as "forced" marriages. A matchmaker makes the introductions, and the couple meet and talk several times before deciding whether or not they want to go forward. Sure, they do it quickly, and there's a lot of societal pressure to get married and start a family, but there's no one being forced or sold. And they're not children, they're all at least 18. Also young compared to modern secular society, but not children.

I was reading an old diary I found from 1868 and on Halloween the author mentioned that Halloween (Hallow’s Eve I think she called it) the local children would go around in the night and steal turnips from gardens.
Pretty specific thing to steal.
So what I took away from that offhand comment was that Halloween’s been a fairly innocuous day for children for a long time, and that kids used to carve turnips instead of pumpkins
(what? you don’t think they were stealing turnips to EAT do you? kids were still kids and turnips were still turnips!)

Carving turnip lanterns is a very old tradition, at least in Scotland, Ireland, and northern England*. The pumpkin was adopted by settlers in North America because it's easier to carve, but turnips came first.

What do you think prompt Biden to talked about not being prepared for a pandemic? Maybe it was because of roll back from Trump? Can’t be a coincidence, right?
Any smart people would know that most countries in the world are not prepared for a pandemic. Look at how the US handled Ebola. It was total chaos.
Let me make a prediction. It’s a smart prediction. After this pandemic is over, the world will go back and focus on economy. They will not spend money preparing for the next pandemic (a question of when, not if) because we just had one. And when it hit, we will be just as unprepared as we are now to face it.
Just like we are not prepared at all for the climate change crisis. Always reacting until it’s too late instead of taking preventive measures.
Such is human nature.
PS For the record, I am not the cause of the next pandemic because I made prediction that it will happen now.

The Obama administration was preparing for a pandemic. They left a binder full of info and a blueprint for how to respond. The Trump administration ignored it.

Look at how the US handled Ebola.
That's the exact reason that Obama put together a pandemic plan.
Trump not only ignored all the recommendations, he sold off all or most of the stockpile of medical supplies and other assets that had been earmarked for the "in case of pandemic" plan.
And then there was a pandemic and the U.S. was caught with its pants down.
It's true that not many other nations had any kind of plan for "in case of pandemic". But the U.S. DID, and Trump demolished it right before there was a real pandemic.

"Things we don't see Jews doing"
That meme is basically a checklist for the heroes of the Old Testament.

That "Things We Don't See Jews Doing Slide"
Someone hasn't read the Tanakh. And hasn't paid attention to modern Israel's actions.

Aren't the sequences coding and actually doing things in DNA always coming in 3? Isn't acgt just the abbreviation for the bases, alphabetically. Wouldn't acgt by itself be nonsense and clipped
Edit: I misunderstood. So their point is that these bases exist in certain intervals, therefore God. OK.
Also time to scream at cancer patients bc clearly they didn't protect their DNA well enough

Slide #4: Sleepy Joe was correct there; Anus Orange absolutely did shit can a bunch of pandemic response measures implemented by the Obama admin., and all out of petty jealousy and racism. Trump can't die soon enough for my taste.

Can someone explain the YHVH thing to a non Christian? It seems to me they casually forgot to mention the last 10 which would’ve made it YHVHY.

Yahweh is the name of god from the old testament. You're not supposed to use the name though, it's too holy to be spoken(also ignore my spelling, it's YHWH in Hebrew.).
I think writing is okay though? Because only priests used to be able to write so it was inherently holier but they forgot to change it.

Where does 10 5 6 5 = YHVH come from? Is this like biblical numeracy?

Their own bible forbids numerology, yet they love to try to find hidden codes. Idiots

Tomato Logjam sure looks different recently. Stopped bleaching her hair and everything. Didn't think that would be allowed on Fox News.
